1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Golf Luxury, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please review these terms carefully.

2. Shipping Policy

Because many of our premium golf simulator packages are shipped via LTL freight and require signature upon delivery, shipping carriers will contact you to schedule drop-off. Customers are responsible for any fees resulting from missed, rescheduled, or rejected delivery appointments.

3. Warranty Claims

We are authorized distributors for Trackman, Foresight, Uneekor, SkyTrak, Garmin, and all brands featured. However, warranty claims, defective units, or software subscriptions are strictly processed through the Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEM) internal warranty department. We will assist in connecting you with the respective brand's support desk.

4. Financing

Any 0% APR financing programs advertised are subject to credit approval by third-party financial institutions. We are not a lender and do not make credit decisions.
